"I've tried ramen from almost all of the most popular ramen-serving restaurants in Austin and I can easily say this is one of the best ramens in the city. Very similar flavor profiles to ramen tatsuya but without all of the extra and excessive fattyness/oil that leaves me feeling like I just ate five 5 layer burritos from Taco Bell. I wish I could give this joint a 11/10. This ramen is *chef's kiss*"

"Fast friendly service. Ramen always has such a rich delicious flavor and the pork is always so tender. I think they throw it on the grill after slow cooking it which gives the dish even more depth"
