"Wings to go are wings to go. When these showed up in a plastic container (spare me the politics, plastic vessels normally equal less then ideal fried food) I had them instantly pegged. Not only were these wings ideal size, cooked perfectly, but withstood their journey in plastic. I ordered hot which was the perfect temp and wasn’t overbearing. The sauce clings to the wing as it should and also carried that bit of vinegar you’d expect. Although the Ken’s blue cheese is acceptable, these wings are of the quality that deserves homemade. Classic wings done very well. Pizza is solid and the sauce (as described commonly) has a hint of the expected Buffalo sweet but is thinner and doesn’t overwhelm. It’s accurate that the classic “cup and char” isn’t present here, but it holds characteristics of it by the way it’s cooked. The crust isn’t overly heavy but does carry the weight you’d expect with Buffalo pizza with being a touch lighter and almost flaky:The dusting of grated parm as a finishing touch perfectly complementary. I had this order delivered and have picked up previously and felt this was my most enjoyable Macy’s experience yet. Absolutely rock solid pepperoni pizza and true Buffalo wings.
