""My 3rd order in my 1st month at Rohlffs Manor. I am beside myself with Joy, especially to find REAL Beef Chow Fun. I asked for a few minor changes in my Notes for the 2nd Chow Fun order -- mainly in finishing it off as quick Stir-fry, because the fat noodles were soggy/ gummy because too wet. I went to graduate school & taught at UC Berkeley. I also worked for a large corporate law firm in S.F. to pay for grad school & ate a *lot* of true Chinese food. The Chow Fun at Wah Sing is *the best* I've had since returning from 7 years in New York. Finding authentic Chow Fun (at last!) & top notch Mongolian Beef isn't only about the flavor being ""right."" It takes me back to very happy years of my life & the long ago friends I had then. I am very happy with every bite.""
